| Details: | Customer was looking for a hosted solution because they wanted a quick implementation and preferred to have SourceTap handle the system administration.

On-Premise Customer

| Details: | Customer needed a system to handle fund raising, event planning, and student job placement. The existing system was a mainframe application that was difficult to use, and did not allow tracking of all the information needed. The university was in the process of installing Peoplesoft, but the implementation was not scheduled to be available for 2 years. SourceTap provided an onsite installation of the CRM application customized to track all of the specific data pertaining to alumni info, prior gift history, and areas of interest. We also migrated all of the data from the legacy system. The implementation was completed in less than 6 weeks at a cost of over 80% less than the budgeted amount. |
