Reagan Lancaster brings a distinguished 20-year track record of management and sales leadership experience to his founding role and position as CEO of SourceTap. He is the driving force behind the company's vision to be a technology leader in the open source enterprise applications arena.
Prior to forming SourceTap, he was president of worldwide operations for i2 Technologies, with responsibility for global revenues and operations, managing over half of i2's total employee population. He joined i2 as vice president, Western Region Sales, and later assumed leadership of U.S., North American and Worldwide Sales. Under Reagan's direction, i2 experienced record sales every quarter, propelling the company from $10 million in 1995 to over $1.1 billion in 2000. His efforts in building the sales and supporting infrastructure in marketing and alliances led to i2's sales force being named one of "America's Best Sales Forces" by Sales & Marketing Management Magazine in 1999 and 2000. Prior to i2, Reagan held key positions at Oracle, Trilogy Development Group, and Wang Laboratories.
Fred is responsible for SourceTap's global sales operations. He brings over two decades of enterprise software experience to SourceTap, including Portal Software as the 2nd sales person in the company. At Portal Software, Inc., the sales organization grew to a worldwide force of 600 in North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America, Portal's revenue grew from $3 million to $300 million annually. Prior to joining Portal, Fred spent ten years in executive and sales management positions at a number of technology leaders, including Sterling Software, Oracle, and Nortel where he regularly exceeded revenue projections.
Steve Fowler brings 20 years of expertise in software design and development across multiple languages and architectures, working as an employee and a consultant to major corporations. Prior to joining SourceTap, he founded and led three successful software-consulting firms, developing custom solutions for companies such as i2 Technologies and the Williams Companies, and performing implementations of packaged software from companies such as Portal Software, BEA Systems, and Business Objects.
Early in his career, he spent four years as a senior principal consultant for Oracle Corporation, where he gained extensive experience in Oracle's computer-aided software engineering (CASE) tools and methodology, applications development, performance tuning, and database administration. Prior to joining Oracle, Steve worked as a systems engineer in the Space and Defense Sector of TRW, Inc., in Redondo Beach, CA.
