Mr. Karsner is a senior executive with over 20 years of experience in enterprise software sales and operations. He is concentrating his efforts at Sourcetap on developing a direct sales organization and building professional service and support groups to ensure customer success. Prior to joining Sourcetap, Mr. Karsner was the VP of Sales for Teleknowledge Corporation. He also has served as director of sales for Portal Software, where he was instrumental in growing the company from $4 million and 24 people in 1997 to over $220 million. Mr. Karsner spent 8 years with Sterling Software where he was one of the highest performing sales managers in Sterling's history. He also spent years with Oracle and Nortel, learning to manage fast-growing technology businesses.
