Implementation

We offer a wide range of consulting services to insure that your implementation is successful. We offer strategy, planning, implementation, and operational management services which deliver technical expertise throughout pre and post-production lifecycle stages, such as architecture design, system configuration and customizations, and best practice implementation.

Training

We provide onsite training for developers, administrators, and end-users. Developer's can learn how to customize SourceTap and how to integrate SourceTap with external applications such as SAP. Administrators learn how to create and manage users and territories, how to handle backup/recovery and import/export of data, and how to configure the system. End Users learn the best practices to be used in handling accounts, contacts, opportunites, etc.
